Default Lg please help me

My 2002 C5 has been in the Corvette shop for 7 weeks now, and still waiting for LG to ship the Pro long tube headers with X-pipe, I have called and pleated with them to expedite the order and find out when they plan to ship?? Besides being rude on the phone they will only say,, we should see them in the next week or so,, I told them that this is always what they say when I call, NO HELP from them at all. I would change to another mfg. but the shop that has my vette, has them on order. I have been looking for another Quality Header Mfg. that has a set in stock with a reasonable price to order from. I have had other work done on the Vette while it was in the shop. But for the last 2-1/2 weeks all they need to complete the work is the headers.
They have to be another Mfg, of headers that are better to work with than LG.

See follow up, PROBLEM SOLVED.

I checked your name on the forum, and I don't see an order under that, but I do have one order going to a shop in Tulsa. Please call me when you can.

Again I am sorry it has taken us a little longer than originally thought but we will do what it takes to make it right for you.

Please contact myself or Lou directly and we will speed things up as fast as we possibly can for you. 972-429-1963

My tuner will only use Dynatech or LG Pros, and I have the LG pros and have been very happy. If they cannot come through for you, maybe the Dynatechs will be available.

I tend to listen to the tuner who has been doing this to C5s for 14 years.

Sounds like LG is on it now - good luck getting the headers and getting the car out of the shop.

I have had multiple occasions to call LG over the 7 year ownership of my Z, and they've always resolved the problem, without rudeness, or delay of any kind. I heartily recommend them as a vendor.

I'm sure Anthony will help you get straight. I've had my LG Street LTs for over 2 years, it was a real smooth transaction.

I can imagine how the wait has taken it's toll on you. But once you are driving down the street with them on you will have nothing but a smile on your face. They are the best!

They may try and make it right but 7 Weeks and they keep telling him in about a week or so, not very good customer service if you ask me. But hey that is just my opinion and every one has one.

UPDATE
I got the problem resolved with LG today, they shipped the Headers to the Corvette shop here in Tulsa, and they are being installed. They are the Street Pro’s and I should have my Vette back maybe by Monday, WOW, It’s been a long ordeal. Thank you LG for responding to this problem, and all you Concerned Vette forum members. WOW, the power of this forum. Again thank you LG and Anthony at LG.
