I use them on our daily driven C6 with CCWs on them and the dusting is minimal and I have been on several 1k trips and the only way for a non tracked Vette
Never thought brakes would actually wear me out. By the time I had cleaned everything including the wheels thoroughly it took me 4 hours. Four hours hunched over and torquing on wrenches made my back go . That and a nice 4 hour 95 degree sunburn. I need a damn lift
We'll see what happens when I'm 50
I'll report on dust after work tomorrow, I figure the 95 miles should give me a pretty good indication of dust levels.
28 is not 18 any more...

Let me think. You are 28. I am 67. I plan on removing the 4 wheels, cleaning and waxing them, removing the calipers and painting them blue, and reinstalling with ceramic brake pads and doing a total new brake fluid in the entire system. How long should I allow? I am thinking about 4 days.
I have the Hawk ceramics on my '98 daily driver and do not like them. They do dust very little but do not have that initial "bite". I won't be using them again when these wear out.

Yeah my brake fluid was pretty bad and I left it for another day. My wife was actually mad it was taking me so long. I asked her if what I was doing looked fun. She made it seem like I was drawing it out on purpose.

Ceramics certainly aren't the best actual brakes. I knew that going in though. They appear to be at least as good as what I had before but we'll have to see long term. I did some full pressure stops yesterday and even with the system still a little "squishy" from the install she stopped pretty quick. Definitely not a track pad though.
