How's this look?
First effort since
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-g...a-new-toy.html
Wanted something subtle so I went with a medium gray.
Got a few parts on order for the cutter. The blade and blade protector need replaced so I'll get a little better cut.

Actually the flawless wash and wax job is what caught my attention. I cool either way with the decal of Jake.

i kind of like it, but i'm hesitant to use the jake logo on my car. even though you did the 'c5' jake, the jake logo is still really a c6 logo. so i have mixed feelings.

I don't care for the Jake decal myself.

I am a Jake supporter, but I knew you were going to get the
"I don't like it" "It is a C6 thing" "Never put stickers on a Vette" and so on. But I see you are a long time member so you should know that you would get negative comments.
I don't have one on my car itself, I have it on the exhaust plate and one on the FRC. I had thought about putting it on the lower left side in the rear, but decided on the exhaust plate.

I'm not big on the add ons either but thought I'd see how it looked. That was the darker gray of the two I have.
They do stick out more than I hoped. I was looking for subtle.
It's all
Not sure if the "shine" comments are a jab or not.

Nice looking decal, but it may go better if it were a much smaller decal.

I like it. I am a jake supporter
I am biased though, I have 8 jakes on my car total the headrests, center console cushion, 3 on outside and custom painted front brake calipers.
