Flat tire
I came out from dinner last night, got in the car and began to drive away and I noticed a strange :rumbling" noise. One of my rear tires (run flats) was flat. I drive home on it (about 2 miles) got in the garage put air in the tire and noticed the valve stem is leaking. Assuming its just a stem replacement, are these tires ok after driving on a flat?? This is my first experiance with runflats.

Depending on the brand of tire, the runflats can go anywhere from 50 to 200 miles with zero pressure when driven at reduced speeds. Did you not get a warning message on the DIC about low air pressure? Two miles should not be a problem in most cases. However, the valve stem, if original, is attached to the tire pressure sensor so unless it is an o-ring issue, the TPS may need to be replaced.
