Interesting. I heard that if you do not get a tune the car will "surge" at low speeds and you might get lean codes because of an unexpected amount of air from the CAI.

Coilovers, 09 Z06 Spyders, limo tint, Euro (red/amber) tails. ( cosmetics). Then i installed a Halltech CAI, LGM Street Series Headers, LG Y pipe w cats, Corsa Indy Pace Cars, and a tune (Sean @ LGM).. Car makes 377/367 to the wheels.

The car is slammed and looks evil... run's good for me.. I will do a cam G5X?, UD pulley next year... Til then, lovin my Z06... These are GREAT cars!!
What dyno did you use? I heard from some friends that a Vararam intake, x-pipe, 1 3/4" headers with a good tune will give me around 390hp. Not a big difference but just curious if you used a different dyno.

*If you go further, say with better heads and a FAST 90/90 you should be over 450 rwhp and you will need to upgrade your clutch as the stocker won't hold the added torque
This is whats scary...when people say "while you are at it" and its not like its not a great value to just do a few more mods but I'm just afraid of a slippery slope where it never stops and I keep buying and selling parts. LOL

Mod and enjoy. If you're getting the feeling that you want to mod, then you're likely getting bored of the stock car and it's definitely time to mod.

MOD!!!!

If it were me.. I would prob stick with stock and just clean the living crap out of it. (Claybar, polish, ZAINO!) It's a amazing what a clean car with window tint and tire shine can look like.

I haven't heard anyone really bring up the catch can or tunnel plate modifications.. are they not as beneficial as people make them out to be?
