[Z06] Pace Arrow trailer???
Depending on the options the trailer has. Prices can very a few grand. Could be looking at $4K to $6K. Pace trailers tend to hold their value
Here are some used 24' trailer prices on racejunk dot com to give you an idea http://www.racingjunk.com/search?sea...ategoryId1=146
With a 1500 short box, may I suggest a anti-sway hitch to help too.
also I run slightly lower trailer air pressure. 45 rear two tires, and 42 front two tires.
Mine is a 2003 Pace Pursuit bought it spring of 05 for $5300 - had someone recently offer me $4K for it

What is the smallest garage length I can get to allow for also trailering my vette? 18' garage section? 20' garage section?
Looking at a 44' goose now
then you are also looking at a 1 ton pick up to haul
Thanks...
I got a one ton dually Dodge, but was hoping to keep the trailer to a 40' goose neck. That would be easier to get into camping grounds when I take my cross country trip with just a Harley in the garage (retirement present to myself in 18 months, 6 days, 10 hours).
finding a 24' with 7000 lb axles is hard to find. May have to order one. 10,000 on a 24' not likely.
My trailers Gross Max wt loaded should be 7200 lbs, which I know I am over.
What I did do was put Carlyle "D" six ply tires on each wheel. that was an extra $450
most 24' come with "C" or 4 ply tires. which is NOT enough.
Bought in March of 2005, have more then 10,000 miles on, one one flat tire. which is rare. Flat tires normal come in twos, both rights going flat is most common. driving off the edge of the pavement, most common for flats. ALWAYS HAVE TWO SPARE WHEELS with you at all times. Cordless impact drill a little ramp to drive one axle up onto to change the other wheel on that side.
Try not to drive more then 60 mph.
28' foot trailers come with twin 7000 or 10,000 But with a 28' one really needs a 3/4 ton pick up to haul.
Most of my hauls are 2 to 3 hours. Several 6 hour hauls and one 11 hour each way ( over the smokey mountains )
Fuel mileage is 11.5 mpg on the flats or up and down mountains. Use 3nd gear up and down the mountains. When I tow I use 93 octane vs 87 normally. Makes a difference.
pick up is a 1500HD

Mine is the http://www.paceamerican.com/trailers/pursuit/
came with a plywood wood deck and walls.
I painted the walls and ceiling with white Kilz, primer sealer and the deck used gray floor epoxy.
The Pace Arrow is an Extruded Aluminum Perimeter Frame. Much lighter to tow but more expensive to buy even used.
