Second Flat in 145k miles
140k without runflats and had my second mishap. 
Same as the first time, I picked up a 3/8-16 bolt on I-75 in an almost new Nitto 555. Pumped 35 psi in to it and ran home. Called my on on-line tire store and their sending me one for shipping charge only.

(Knock on wood) - I'd say you've been pretty lucky in terms of not having any punctures in the tires with all those miles behind you.

I've never had a flat in 23 years, but if I switch out of run-flats I pretty sure I'll run out my luck right away.
