Erratic Headlight (up + down repeatedly)

Erratic Headlight (up + down repeatedly)
I purchased a 02 EB Z06 saturday morning 8/14 (36k mi). Everything has been great untill I left for work this morning. When I turned the headlights on both came up just fine (as they have been), but then the drivers side headlight dropped down. So I turned them off, the passenger side light dropped down fine, but the drivers side light popped up and then dropped down. I did this a few times, and the exact same thing happened.
Now when I turn the lights on the passenger side pops up as it should, but the drivers side goes up, then down, up, then down, and continues to repeat. There is no grinding sound in the up position or down postion(believe the plastic gear is still ok).
I have read that there is a headlight module that could be suspect or possibly a bad ground. has anyone else experienced a similar issue???
Any advice or direction would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like a headlight module to me.... If you decide you need one we have them.
