I am looking to get my ABS fixed but need to find ABS fixer so I can send it to him??

I sent mine to Brandon on Monday and it should arrive there today; however, I've sent two e-mails to him along with leaving three voice mails and have had no reply. Fortunately I insured the package, but I'm concerned that I've had no reply and his answering machine has a message about him being on vacation from July 4th to the 13th (this was on 8/18).
Does anyone know what's going on with his firm?

I used them a couple months ago. It was on it's way back within 2 days of them getting it. I didn't email them, but I did get a few email updates telling me the status. I would highly recommend them.
