I went with NGK TR55's gapped around .50, and taylor spiro pro 8mm wires. I had a slight miss prior to the swap and it went away as well as seemed to gain a little power. OK so the motor now runs the way it should have prior to the plug change, I guess I should have stated restored rather than gained. What ever you want to call it I like it!
I also got my iridium's and GMPP red wires from Gene. I left the gap alone as many on the forum say these plugs come properly gaped and should not be re-gaped. My car runs perfectly with these plugs and wires installed.

In our shop we use the NGK almost exclusively - TR55 for the naturally aspirated mostly stock cars and TR6 (slightly cooler heat range) for the forced induction or heads and cam cars. We also use the GM red Hot Wires exclusively. This combination has produced great results.
