I just ordered one from Mid America but didn't like it so I sent it back. The underside (cockpit side) was nice black headliner material, but the upper side was white and visible through the acrilic top. I also didn't like the way it mounted. It had strips of plastic that were to slide under the molding between the molding and the top itself. No clips. I have seen some advertised made of plastic that adheres to the underside of the acrilic top, like window tinting material. Can't remeber where I saw it, maybe Corvette Central.
It would be easy to have a local upholstery shop make one for you.
use cardboard to make a template and have an upholstery shop build a headliner from it. Hold it in with a few small circles of industrial velcro. (the velcro that's plastic and actually locks together, not the fuzzy stuff)
Not sure which one you're talking about from MAM, but I have one that fits great and lowers the temp significantly. It's black on both sides and from the outside you can't tell it's there. I like it. The plastic "clips" work well and if installed carefully present no problem.

Just use the cardboard one and put the $$ in the tire fund!

MAM must have changed vendors. I ordered it in May, they were out of stock until 2 weeks ago when it was finally delivered. Black cloth on the down side, and definitely white on the "top" side with the stitching visible. The "clips" were thin pieces of plastic which were to slide between the top and the molding. Not really "clip" mounting.
I bought the "film" one from MAM which is static cling. It has a kind
of honeycomb design that really has helped a lot with heat - not as good as a full liner but much better than without - and this is in south Texas where is has been HOT all summer. It still allows some visibility from inside. Mine has been on for 3 months now and no sign of it coming loose. $24.99 -- very happy with it (and it is barely visible from outside)
