Corvette Mods ????
Anybody done business with Corvette Mods, and are satisfied? I purchased an LED light kit from them 8 Aug. An empty package was delivered to me today, 20 Aug. Not sure if they are running a scam, or if this is deliberate theft from a U.S. postal service emplyee. Very upset at this point.

They have been around or sometime now, and I have ordered a few items without any delievery issues. He does use the US Mail. Have you contacted him on this issue? Did the box look like it had been opened?
If was opened when it arrived, you should have contacted the postal service.

I have purchased from them in the past with no problems. I would contact them and tell them the problem. If it was on his end, I am sure he will make good but I honestly don't believe it was on his end and was probably on the post office end.

Yes, I have sent them an e-mail. The package (a small Manila bubble wrap envelope) was ripped open. The postmaster delivered the envelope with a sticker applied to it that said: RECEIVED POSSIBLY DAMAGED, RECEIVED WITHOUT CONTENTS, RECEIVED UNSEALED. I plan to go to the post office tomorrow and file a complaint. Thanks for everyones feedback! Will keep you posted on how this turns out.

I just received a reply from Corvette Mods. Clearly, they were as "shocked" as I was about the condition of the package. I feel I owe Corvette Mods an apology. Their reputation is on the line. Please accept this public apology. Unfortunately, I've been burned more times than I care to remember, when it comes to mail order merchandise. Resolution of this incident is in work.
