Yes! The handling is better by a good amount. And as for power, I modded my 98 alot. I started with cam, LTs, high flows, cold air and borla stingers. I would say my Z06 bone stock is better by far than my 98 was at that stage.
I did end up with a procharger on my 98....but honestly I dont see myself going that far again. I got tired of dropping the driveline for clutches, torque tubes, and rears.
Thats kind of why I went after a Z06 this time. I figured it would give me enough performance without feeling like I need to mod it. Though I'm not ruling out a cam and LTs at some point
