Default 25+ mpg

Just went on a 400 mile trip and got 25.6 mpg in my 98. Of course, I did go over the Contenental Divide twice.

I did the 400 mile round trip across Pennsylvania to Carlisle and back and got 29 mpg. These cars are awsome for gas mileage. Tell me what other sports car can you put in 6th gear, put the cruise on 70 and get that kind of mileage.

I did a 1600 mile non stop from Cape Cod, Mass to Florida over xmas and got an average of 475 miles per tank. It was incredible, it was the first time I did a long trip in my 04(just got it in Nov 09). A lot of people think this car has that gas guzzler sticker on it and it is so nice to prove them all wrong.

Just drove down from western NY to Carlisle and back and average 26.9 mpg, and that included a few ....well maybe more then a few good blasts with the new Corsa. Didn't buy the Vette to save gas, but was a pleasant surprise to get that mpg!!

i take my 04 CE vert up to central florida a few times a year (about 400 or perhaps a bit more) round trip and have never averaged less than 29.2 mpg!! i love it when i get to tell some smarta** who is bragging about getting 25 or so out of his ride that he isn't even close and beside he isn't even driving half the ride he could be to be getting much better over the road milage, LOL!!

On long trips, I routinely get over 32 mpg on my 02 coupe. But, I must add that I drive 5 under the limit.

When I cruise on the highway for a full tank of gas I can also achieve between 28-29 mpg. Usually I average 28.9-29.3 Not bad for 467 crank horse power and 411 at the wheels!
