Some days are diamonds
I took a nice drive on Friday in my 2000 vert and everything worked perfectly. Saturday evening I jumped in it to run a short errand and the key fob would not work at all. I went in the house and got my wifes key/fob. To my distress--- it didn't work either. So I messed around a bit trying to get either of the fob's working by "reprogramming/etc to no avail.
This morning I ran into town and picked up 2 batteries, replaced the battery in both fob's, resynchronized the fobs and all is well--both work perfectly! So as Neil Diamond says--some days are Diamonds (like today) and some days are Stones ( like yesterday).
PS--wife had not used her fob for a long time as I do the driving most of the time, especially when we take the lil red car.
