My Parking Breaks Got Stuck-PLEASE HELP
HI guys,
After I was playing wiht my parking break, up and down and up and down because it didnt work well (I bought this car three weeks ago its a 98 C5), my rear parking breaks got stuck. The pin on the wheels where the break wire is hooked up is stuck about half way. Now I can't move my care and its up on a ramp hahaha. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RELEASE THE PARKING BREAK?
The second thing is when I try to start my engine, I couldnt do it and I hear from the fuse box under passenger feat some kind of buzzing noise....like a bzzzzz...bzzzzzz. Every time I try to turn on my engine and in the back, the pump or wahtever, I heard a clicking. What does this mean? Please help.
