Default TPE - Total Performance Engineering

Hi All.

Unfortuneately, we often hear complaints much more than compliments. It's human nature.

I have to tell you all about a GREAT experience my wife and I just had. Our treat to ourselves is to drive the vette out to Vegas from Denver each year. This spring when I started up the car, the oil pressure max'd out. Thanks to this forum, I quickly figured out it was the sensor. Further research on the forum led me to Jeff and Jennifer at TPE and the New and Improved relocation kit they offered. Our plan was to pick up the kit when we went out this year and I would install it when I got home. This made me very nervous because I had no idea what was going on with my oil system.

We met Jeff and Jennifer at their shop and they thoroughly explained the kit to me. Rather than let me drive it home with a bad sensor, Jeff volunteered to install it for me while we waited. The job was made more difficult because of the poor exhaust mods done by the previous owner. After a few hours, the job was done, worked perfectly, and he didn't charge me a cent!

Plus I got lots of good advice! My turn to pass on some good advice, if you get a chance to meet Jeff and Jennifer, do it! They are great people. And, if you can do business with them, rest assured it is of the highest quality.

Thanks again Jeff and Jennifer!

I'd like to also chime in on behalf of TPE and give them my compliments. I *finally* got around to getting their (full) oil pressure sensor relocation kit installed, and I'm so glad to finally have a working oil pressure reading again. I'd also like to thank the forum member(s) that pointed out to me about the kit upgrade.

I'm in the air (still) on whether I want to do their flared fender kit (personal choice on desired look), but they've been more than helpful in answering questions about the kit (and it's origins).

From my experiences with them, TPE's definitely a top notch bunch and a welcome group to do business with.
