Default Help with Vett!!

Hey ya'll....i recently purchased my first corvette its a 98 c5 pretty much stock, the previouse owner didnt drive the car and had it sitting so i basically recued it off its hands and iam trying to get everything fixed but dont really know too much about vetts but iam a little mechanically inclined....ok so iam trying to fix the check engine light the code it throws is p0113 which is IAT high output but im not sure where the air temperature sensor is located...is it the one right before the throtle body with 2 wires on the side of the plastic intake runner??...and my other question is does anyone have a DIY link on how to remove an a/c compressor??...i searched for it on the forum but the thread i found has a link that doesnt open..... Your help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! iam trying to get this car back on its feet riding perfect.....thannks

for some reason when i click the "HERE" it doesnt show up....and another thing my oil pressure read 130psi on the HUD and 80 on the gauge cluster what could be the cause of such a high reading??? help greatly appreciated

That link to the AC Compressor change is working for me and looks good

The reason for the high oil pressure reading is that the oil pressure sensor has failed and it's very common. You can either change the sensor which is a fairly involved process or you can relocate the sensor. Some members have used a short cut by cutting a section from the cowl which allows easy access.

I'll try to find some links for you.
