Default Wheel spacer?

I am running a CCW 18x12 in the rear. I am looking to lower it more on the stock bolts. I am not mini tubbed and have no rubbing right now. I think l if I lower it more I will rub. That is why I am thinking of putting a small spacer in. Has anyone used wheel spacers and any issues with them. Any info will help..

I had to put 3/16th inch spacers on the rear for my 11.5 rims with 335's. Been on for 6 years with no issues.

I have 19x11.5 CCWs with 305s Nitto Invo Non Runflats on the rear, lowered on stock bolts with two threads showing. I was getting some very slight rubbing on the upper inner fender well. Called John at CCW and discussed solutions. He sent me some very thin spacers to put on the rear wheels. Seems to have done the trick. You might call John at CCW to discuss. He is very helpful and had the spacers to me inside of two weeks. Good luck with it.

Sorry, I don't think I have any. Note: they WILL stick out from the fender (as they probably already do). Now I have L5 fender flares and C6 Z06 factory wheels / tires.

I run 18x11.5" (315/30/18 M/T's) CCW Classics out back with a 4mm spacer. The spacer is REALLY thin...just enough room so that the leaf spring doesn't scrape the inside of the wheel. My car is SLAMMED. If it was raised an inch or so, the spacer would not be needed. I called John at CCW and got the 4mm spacer from him. Anything over a 4mm spacer and I would run some ARP longer studs...just for peace of mind.

Fender flares and 19x11 wheels with 325x19 tires with a 1/8 in
spacer and no problems.
