I have read several posts were the user has mentioned having their TC turned OFF. I know some models have/had TC issues but I leave mine on all the time.
What are some valid reason for turning it OFF??

There are also those individuals that demand that they have total control of their vehicle, and don't want to depend on some electronic nanny to keep them from spinning their tires at will.
Personally - I leave my traction control and active handling engaged all the time. I don't track my car (convertible) and I would prefer to not smoke $400+ tires. Call me cheap if you want, my preference.
I hate to mention this, but the number 1 reason for turning off traction control is if you are on ice, you can spin wheels to start. With traction control on, you don't go anywhere.
With the price of tires, I keep mine on all the time.
