If you expect someone to put forth the time and effort to answer your question, you need to put forth the time and effort to use some punctuation (and spellcheck,if you really want to dazzle us)

1. The thermo is there to regulate temp, AND flow of the coolant. If it doesn't spend as much time in the radiator, then it doesn't cool down as much. Put the thermo back in.
2. What do you consider HOT?
3. Search for, and follow, the burping procedure.
4. Check to see that your fans are actually coming on.
5. As said above, please use punctuation. Makes it easier to figure out you're trying to ask.

it strarts out 178 to 180,the fans turn on at 175.it stays in the 178 to 180 range for about 5 or 10 min, even on the hiway then within 2 or 3 min, it jumps to 195 and just keeps geting hoter, when it gets to 220 i pull over and shut it off. and thats with the a/c off.
