Looks like something "thrown" together. Those almost look like stock "over-the axel" pipes. And two resonators instead of mufflers. And what look to be rusty clamps holding it together. Hard to tell.

I can't remember the name,,,but saw something like that on display at the exhaust display row at Fun Fest!! Those are manufactured with the chambered pipe designed for the old C2 side pipes!! Yes it would be LOUD!! If you wanted to make something like that ,,Walker muffler was still making sections of the chambers,,,at least they were not long ago. You could get them in Jegs and Summit!!
thanks guys, also will it be hard for me to move the tips closer together. Im not a big fan of how spaced they are. im sure the shop I get to install it could do this pretty easily.

You are going to have to cut and re-weld the tips back on so I wouldn't think it would be that hard for someone who knows what they are doing.
