I covered some parts with carbon.

I will also cover the center of the radio bezel.

here is already how it looks like with the lid of the cup holder and ashtray.

That Looks awesome....may I ask you a stupid question? How did you get the ashtray a cup holder door off? I've looked at it a few times and it doesn't look like it's removeable.

both lids are hold by 2 little black hinge pins and there is a center pin through the center of each of the hinge pins, you must use a small needle nose pliers, pull the center pins 2 out first and then pull the 2 hinge pins out.

the ashtray lid also have a spring in the back and you have to remove the radio bezel to access.

How do you get the shine? Is it clear coat? I just installed a ZR1 carbon fiber spoiler and it is shinny. Your work is very clean. Nice job......
