Help choose color
Like it says i need help deciding what color to paint my 01 Z06. Its yellow right now but its just not really what i want. I do want a factory color. My choices im debating are White, Spiral/Cyber Grey, Jetstream Blue, or possibly I think its inferno orange on the new camaro. What do you guys think. White is and was my first choice, but sometimes i want something a little more colorful. Anyone know of any pics of jeastream blue or infero orange on a c5?

First off, you need to pick a color that you like and will go with the interior. I believe the ’01 Z’s only came with black interiors so if you have the stock interior any color will work. If you have the optional interior with the Torch Red seat insert with the lower dash and lower doors, than you will need to look at an exterior color the will work with it. The cost of a color change can run into a large sum. To do it correctly, you will need to totally disassemble the car.

And im not copying your custom color, mine would be spiral or cyber one. I wanted a spiral but they were only coupes. BTW your car looks AMAZING

I had mine painted last spring. It really wasn't a whole lot more for them to tweak an existing color combo. I had them change up the metallic in my electron blue and add more pearl. In sunlight it pops even more than EB (which already pops a bit).
So find a reputable body shop that has worked with Vettes before and start talking to them and get some input from them.
I've seen some pearl white Vettes. They used the pearl white from Caddilac. Beautiful car.
Jetstream blue looks an awful lot like Nassau Blue which was a stock color on c5's for a few years. That would cause it to lose some of its custom look - but it would still look like a rare car.
Good luck in your search. I know it's not real easy to pick a color. I've been there.

My car was Spiral Gray but wanted it to stand out and pop so I painted it 70/30 Medium Spiral Gray / Cyber Gray. If you go with Spiral..please please please..have them darkin it up ..You will be so much happier. Good luck Bro-ham and if you have any questions about paint shoot me a PM.
