I painted mine an Audi color. I considered dark gray like the color on the C6 ZR1, candy red, pearl white and Mugello blue. I opted for the latter (obvious from my avatar 
). After the project is over... once the dust has settled and the checks have been cashed... all that will matter is if YOU think it was worth it. Pick a color you like and ignore everybody else.

If it were me I would go Cyber Grey, but I have always wondered what one would look like in a diamond metallic pearl white. I had a 1993 Diamante in that color and it was the richest looking white I ever saw.

Go to your nearest yamaha dealer and see if they have any motorcycles in SHIFT RED. The color is amazing up close...it's one of those colors that is very DEEP. It's almost identical to the Saleen S7 in red. Worth checking out!
