I installed LED tail lights. Everything was good until one of the LED lights had a few LEDs not working. Tail light under warranty, sent it in.
While LED tail light was getting replaced. Put stock tail lights back in. Now I experience hyperflash on right turn signals.
NOW... Just received LED tailight. Removed stock tail lights and installed LED tail lights. Tested left and right signals, everything worked great. Tested brake lights, everything worked great. Turned head lights on, everything worked great UNTIL... I used the signals while the headlights were on. My signals tend to be "blinking" fast only when I switch the lights on. and then when I switch the lights off and use my turn signal everything is fine?
Turn single lights will generally flash fast when one bulb is out, or in the case of the LEDs the current draw may be too low and the flasher is cycling fast. So why with the lights on? Because the DLRs are off and reduced the current draw.
