How to change outside temp sensor?

Which way do you go to reach it? Do you go from somewhere in the engine compartment, or do you have to go from underneath the car?

I had to change mine last year and it is located under the hood on the passenger side way down low on the side of the raditor shroud.

I found it easier from above. I pulled up on the sensor and connector to pull the push pin out of a hole in the frame, disconnected the sensor, plugged in new sensor and pressed the pin back into the hole.
