Random Stranger Picture w/ Vette Thread
My friends and I had just gotten out from a movie. I happen to get the best parking spot you can possibly get. It's like the "1" pin for bowling. directly up front with no other cars that can park next to you. LOL Anyway, so as we walked up to the car, there were a group of girls taking pics of themselves posing in front of and on the car. They weren't putting weight or anything on it, but just putting their finger tips on the fender so I laughed about it with my friends while we watched.
My friends said I should set off the alarm, but I said I wanted to wait and see what else they do. HAHA, it was kind of funny. They stopped for a sec and my friends and I just stood their for a few minutes. Then they started up again, different girls taking pics and finally I said, "I'm going to join in!" And I walked over and told my friends to get in front of it.
I'm sure the girls realized we were mocking them, and one said "Is that your car?!" I said, "It's some douche bag's car. You know how guys with yellow sports cars are. They're all douches." She laughed and they got back to taking pics in front of it... This had to be the longest I'd ever seen anyone do this in with my car. Later they started doing a little more leaning which I didn't like so I set off the alarm and they all scattered!!!

After shutting off the alarm we sat around for about 5 more minutes before they came back and one girl looked at me and said, "So it IS your car!" I said, "Yeah, a douche bag." And she laughed too. Funny thing is that I was wearing a Corvette shirt! LOL
Here's a pic of one of the girls: (Sorry, my phone takes crappy pics)
I took that while my friends and I were mocking them.

So that brings me to the point of this thread. Lets see pics and hear stories about you finding random people taking pics on or in front of your cars! I know it happens and I know you all have stories.
EDIT: I typo'd on "stranger" in the thread title... Fixed it but it probably won't appear corrected for a while. LOL

I have this happen alot. Its fun as long as they are not setting on the car

The one that caught me off gaurd was this one.
I went to a car show at Hooters in Rockford Il, which is about 2 hours form me. I stopped in awhile back on the way through town and was setting at the bar eating my wings and noticed on the back wall a pic of the bartender standing by my car. It took me by surprise thats for sure. So I mentioned to her that car she is standing by happened to be mine from the car show.
Needless to say it sparked a nice conversation with her and the manager who had a nice 2010 Camaro as well. She was kind enough to email me the pic too.
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

She also looks kind of European. A Corvette to them is probably like a Euro supercar to us maybe... I vote tourist.
Since I park so far out in the surface lot to avoid other cars, they had finished and were driving off in their car before I got there. That's the only time I've ever caught someone posing and taking pics. Probably gonna end up on their Facebook page.
However, if I had a dollar for every VW and Honda that dropped the hammer and squeeled its tires when beside me as the light turns green............
She got a good jump when I set the alarm off.

Hell no! LOL I love my girlfriend enough that I don't even think about other girls.
Impressing THIS girl was the last thing on my mind.
I will never forget how fast those girls tore out of the parking garage, it was HALARIOUS. What was just as funny was that we passed them on the street a few minutes later yelling “whoo hooo!” and they still looked shocked as we drove away.
Giggity!
