Anyone run these? Good? Junk? For $131 i would think they are cheap and probably bend easy... but you never know maybe they are cheap but decent wheels....

$130 x 4 = $520.

You can buy a used set of OEM wheels fo rabout $400 to $500. A scratched up set should be $350 to $450.

Most replica wheels are much heavier than stock, a concern if you are thinking of using your car on the track.

Its not just a situation you will feel at the track.

I just drive my Z06 around town and felt a HUGE reduction in overall performance of my car when I got a cheap set of aftermarket wheels. I later found out that I added +10lbs per wheel with the cheap setup. That's +40lbs of unsprung weight I added. My car honestly felt very sluggish in acceleration, turning etc... Everything about the car's performance felt reduced. I felt sick to my stomach that I payed money to reduce my car's performance. I "honestly" felt a difference in the car pulling out of my driveway the first time with the new setup. I could feel the clutch engaged differently, and I had to slip the clutch more to get the car going. I drove on the new wheels for a week, and put my original Z06 wheels back on. I was FLOORED at how much performance I got back out of my car. It felt like I just added a cold air kit, and my turn in felt much more crisp.

I sold that cheap wheel setup the next week and took a big hit on the resale.

My advice... If you must have chrome, then buy a set of OEM Z06 wheels, and have them chromed. Your still adding weight to the factory set of wheels with the chrome, but at least your not adding +10lbs each wheel. I think I heard some say you will add 2-3 lbs per wheel with them chromed.

Learn from my mistake... Do your homework and you will not be disappointed.

The CCW setup I later bought I did my homework on. My new CCW's were between 2-3 lbs heavier. I then compensated with lighter continental tires. That brought me to about the same weight as the factory Z06 setup. I felt NO performance reduction when I put these on. I will never buy new wheels/tires without doing my homework again.

Factory Z06 setup =
Front
...19.2 lbs (02-04 Z06 Front 17x9.5)
...29 lbs(265/40-17)(Goodyear Eagle SC)
...48.2 lbs Total
Rear
...21 lbs (02-04 Z06 Rear 18x10.5)
...33 lbs (295/35-18)(Goodyear Eagle SC)
...54.0 lbs Total

CWW - SP500 19/19 setup=
Front
...22.5 lbs (19x10 Front SP500)
...26 lbs (275/30-19)(Continental ContiSport 3)
...48.5 lbs Total
Rear
...23.5 lbs (19x11 Rear SP500)
...28 lbs (305/30-19) (Continental ContiSport 3)
...51.5 lbs Total

thanks for the info. Im hoping to find a set of stock 18" Speedline rear wheels. The "black Chrome" is a powder coat so it will not weigh much more then a stock wheel when all said and done.

That is good information. I have heard a lot of bad info on the replica wheels. That is probably why it is hard to get vendors to give you the weight. I guess you get what you pay for.
