Default 2000 c-5 need help- elec. issues!?

I have the electrical gremlin!!!Have read posts, been to 2 dealers and a gm mechanic friend of mine which had my car for 5 months with no success. I'm very fustrated .The Thread i read on the 13 grounds and dirty connectors, ETC. All gauges, windows, air, codes such as loss of power, etc. go off at random, turn car off and restart and every thing is fine for awhile. I noticed when I turned the stock radio on it would set things off instantly. Had dealer take radio out and they thought they had fixed it. No codes thrown at dealer then within an hour later it went crazy again. The dealers ran diagnostics on bcm and said the problem was before the bcm. I put a door control mod. in passenger door and it fixed power window. drivers power seat never worked since i bought it used. trunk lid popped open one night on its own in front of the mechanic whom had it for 5 months. said also ignition chime came on with no key in ignition. new battery was completely drained on two occasions overnight. car drives great regardless of these problems but cant use electrical components in car when this all happens. The radio was the only thing when removed seem to eliminate the trigger for awhile .Dealer says it will take many hours to find issue and laughed. I'm not laughing with him. Some body help, please. Did have most grounds and coplugs cleaned and seal from water issues. Note that waterdrains were clogged with leaf debris and water had gotten onto bcm and pcm but were opened and inspected for water entry. didn't seem to have entered either. CLEAN CARFAX ALSO.

Bought it off an individual, the water was slight on bcm and pcm, could see where the water traveled. came from windshield area where there are drains that can get clogged, then run behind firewall.

Be sure and check G105, ground under the block, drivers side. That one can be a cause of a million problems. Take it off, clean, dielectric grease it, new lock washer, etc. Contact Bill Curlee as well. He is on this forum and knows more than most everyone on electrical probs.

Good luck and don't pull out to much hair!

Thank you. I will as my mechanic didn't clean all the grounds, just in the engine compartment on top. This may be difficult as its cold and i have no lift for ease of access. Will figure a way though. Bill curlee is the posts i was reading. Will go back to that. Thanks again

Wires in the doors looked good but none were tested.

I suspect a grounding problem first then a crimped or frayed wire next. Only long diligent work inspecting it in total. Using a multimeter would help.

Good luck. If you were closer I would help as I'm retired and like to solve those pesky troubles.
