Next Spring I will have nearly 100,000 miles on my 2002. Should the shocks be replaced? They have not leaked but I feel they might be pretty worn after 100K--am I wrong?! Anything else, besides the major service, that I should look at with this kind of mileage. Thanks, Pat

I'd say you got your money's worth out of those shocks. I think if it were my car, I'd invest in some new ones - should result in a noticable improvement in ride quality.
When I got my 2001 almost 2 years ago this upcoming February, the car had 32,505, I had the shockes changed out at 45,000. They are cheap and not too expensive to have someplace change them out.
Replaced mine with C6Z06 shocks at around 47K miles. Did notice a difference, but I think that was mostly do to the heavyer duty Z06 shock. Feel that I had several thousand more miles left in the stock shocks..... Relatively cheap upgrade.

My original shocks have 110,000 on them with no noticeable problems. Replacing them is on the to do list. I'll be installing Bilstein sports when the time comes.
