Sorry to hear about your car. This is a reminder of folks to be careful. I guess I've been guilty of depending on my Active Handling a little too much too.
i have been depending on it allot, and it finally bit me. its a nice feature, and i usually push the car allot harder than i would without it.
I dont think I will ever understand the appeal of the tiger shark. The front end is ugly and the rear is hideous. Its like drawing a mustache on the Mona Lisa.

I don't like the tiger shark bumper covers either. The front bumper resembles too much the front of an RX7, and the back is just different.
funny and Im sure everyone here is absolutely in love with the license plate "filler" and for the poor guys who HAVE to run a front plate, could it not be in a worse spot.....
Glad you are fine, cars can be fixed
When the outside temp drop, we got to be more careful
A lot of "All summer tires" don't like sub 40 degree temps and road temp plays a big roll also on how good one's tires work on a sport cars
Like to see some pics of your car when its back on the road
First off sorry for your misfortune but as you well know active handling is not full proof. Our cars can over power it for a split sec and she will come around but it's better to have active handling then not.
Quick FYI about the Tigar Shark front. Many here at the Forum had to have a considerable amount of extra work done to get it to fix and prepped properly. It can be a nightmare!
going around a corner, and got in the gas, and she came around......
Glad it wasn't worse for you and the car. Gotta be careful getting on it in a corner. Especially in the colder weather. Learned that on an onramp corner last November. Good luck with the repairs.

So true, summer tires loose about 30% of their traction at 40 F, and more when temperatures get lower !
