Default Remote CD Changer

My cd changer reads ERR when I try to play a CD. I know this means error. I attempted to eject the case that holds the cds inside the player, but it wont eject. My question, is there a way to eject it manually?

Not that I'm aware of... just get an iPod adapter and forget about the CD changer.

Yes there is. You have to pull the changer to do it. You then have to pull the cover off. On the bottom side there is a plastic lever you can push and it will eject the holder.

Most of the time when it shows "error", you have the cds in backward/upside down.
They load different from a car cd, i.e. the label faces down intead of up as normal. Once you get them out, try turning one over & see if that works.

Chances are, a CD is stuck in the drive itself, that's why the mag won't eject. Mine just died this way a month ago. Dissected the drive to get the CD and replaced the unit with one I got here on the For Sale section.
