Thats odd....Reverse lights stuck?
Just noticed that when my key is in the on position, regardless if it is running or not, the reverse lights are on. They are very dim but on. They seem to function normally when I put it in reverse or hit the alarm but do not go comlpletely out when the key is in the on position. When I turn the key to the off position they go off. I did just change them to LED bulbs. Any thaughts on what the cause is?

are you sure you don't need to add some sort of resistor to the circuit to make them work properly?? just a guess on my part in that area. usually that kind of "fault" is the result of a ground "short" in the circuit that causes the lights to remain powered at all times.

They are just plug and play bulbs. I got them from a forum vendor and have not seen any others having issues. I am going to put the stock bulbs back in tonight and see if they do the same thing. If not I guess its the LED lights causing the issue. If the stock bulbs stay on what should I look at to troubleshoot. Through all my research so far I have seen references to the ground and also something about a switch on the tranny that might be bad. Good times
