I'm having trouble with my passenger window, every now and then when i push the button to lower it the window won't go down. When I leave it alone for a day it will start working again. Then the driver side started doing it, but now the passenger side won't go down. Any ideals.
Hummm..... Alaska, huh. Are the windows frozen shut?
How the weather down their right now? That might be the problem. If it get really cold that might be the problem. Did the problem occur during the summer?

I was station in Alaska now I'm station at FT Hood, I never had that problem over. It started with the passenger side first, it would work one day then the next day it wouldn't. Now it's been three days that it hasn't rolled down, when you push the button you here it clicking.

Your line is out of place if you here it clicking. Its either that or you need a new motor.

Motor is getting old and getting stuck, many can just tap on the door panel with their hand and it'll help it roll down!
But I had to replace mine and here is a Video on how to replace it, believe me even the novice guy can do this himself - that is replacing the assembly that has the motor http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xm1xu-fvZx0

Knock the snot out of it!!!! I know, I know but it works. Hold the button down, make a fist and knock the **** out of it until it rolls down. Hit the door panel right on the grab bar. Don't tap...hit it! There are several threads on here about the passenger window. Something about gear tolerances being off. It will stick again on two months but just hit it again! Report back.

Does your hand hurt? If not, you didn't hit it hard enough. You can take the door panel off and reach through the hole and beat the **** out of the regulator. I've done that too. Can you here the relay clicking?
That is a good price on the Ebay motor regulator. I paid $145 for a reproduction one from one of the major Corvette Catalogs. Installling it isn't quite as easy as the video shows mostly because the bezel around the door handle doesn't come off that easy. Popping the keepers loose on the panel itself can be a little daunting but not too bad. Removing the window and motor regulator is straight forward and reverse installation is too. Just take your time, mark things as you remove them and take a few digital pictures for reference during the install. My window drags a little 1/2 way up so I need to make some kind of in and out adjustment. I noticed if I run it up and down several times in a short period of time the motor will heat up and a self resetting circuit breaker will trip and it won't move. In minute or two the breaker will cool and reset. I didn't see where that breaker is when I exchanged my motor regulator but perhaps that breaker is bad on your window and is what is really wrong with it?????
By the way one of the cables kinked on mine and made an awful grinding sound so that's why I changed mine out.

I was also thinking it might be over heating but couldn't find the breaker.
