Bought mine from WCC about 3 years ago. They were good quality then. Haven't put them on yet. Still waiting for my 5 spoke 13" wide CCW's. Wheels are last on my list.

I think they all get them from the same place. It's a pretty cheap chrome job.
You can see in the pictures, there are burns/discoloration around the wheel stud holes, one has a spot there without any chrome at all, and another has the chrome bubbling.
The lady at wcc said she checked the rest of her stock and they were all like that.
Obviously those areas are covered up when the wheel is mounted, but I didn't care for the quality. Especially the area without chroming, since that can start to rust out.
That's why I just bought the unfinished ones and had them done with a much better chrome job for about $30 or $40 more than the cheaply chromed ones were.
Here is a pic of the ones back after being sent out to the chrome shop. I didn't take any close up pics, but you can see it's much better quality:
Get the plain ones and have a quality chrome job done on them.
Seeing some of the trash that some vendors sell, I just rather do that..
Got a set of aluminum ones from Corvette Central for ~$90(think they are all aluminum). Took to chrome plate & was advised chrome finish would likely crack due to flex. Having them mirror polished for ~$50.
Will these fit most rotors?, I have been thinking about getting the black powder coated ones from WCC but I'm afraid if I buy them and they do not fit I can't return them.

I don't think they will do much flexing. Are you going to clear coat them after they are polished out? Like to know how they look when you are done. Would you keep us posted on that?

They will fit stock rotors for sure, think I read that they will not fit the 3 piece rotors
