If I buy non runflats on my 04 coupe what do you use instead.Do you carry inflate products? Make sure you have a friend with a flat bed(ha,ha).

I just put non-runflats on mine. I have an air compressor, a Victor plug kit (both bought at Wal-Mart) and I have emergency road service on my insurance. Plus I carry a cell phone at all times.

I have AAA, cell phone, hubby, two sons, two bils. If I can't get any of them to help I have a small air compressor, low profile jack, jacking pucks, plug kit and as a last resort the tire slime stuff.

Perhaps it's the difference between the C5 & Lexus?
However, this is my second set (had 1st and currently the 2nd generation models) and living in FL I get lots of wet and dry weather. They are very predictable in tight turns, track extremely well both wet/dry, and stay planted in all conditions. They are quiet and will go about 45K (500UTG). And they handle light snow, freezing temps (experienced on a trip a few years ago), so no complaints here.
Compared to the Pilot Sport PS2 ZPs and the Goodyear Eagle F1 EMTs, these are in quite a different class for a UHP tire.
