Acrylic Top fix

have a 99 vette the acrylic top has seen better days an is pretty weather beaten any ways to clean it up a bit so i can avoid spending 900$ for a new one

i had the same problem. i bought a 02 from FLA and the only problem was the sun damage to the top. i had it painted to match the car!! looks great. find the right body guy. they need to scuff it up and bake it good! now it matches the car (torch red). paint and labor should cost about 200 - 225 max!!

Same thing happened to mine. There are a couple of vendors that will take your old top and put a new lens and weatherstripping on it. When I got mine the cost was about $600. It's like having a brand new top
