I must have been lucky, bought them from Double D, installation was what I expected, not a drop in fit but, reasonably easy. No hitting on the driver's or passanger side on the block or anywhere else. Denise was great, as far as relocating o2 sensors so, I guess after a year of use I'm golden.
I got burned badly by an OBX LSD for my turbo eclipse. It was half the price of the Quaife it duplicated. Of course the splines in it were milled wrong so the splines on the axles would not go in but other than that it was a great piece. Since I "installed" it, the company I bought it from wouldnt take it back so I ended up buying the quaife anyway.
CAUTION! DON"T BUY OBX HEADERS I bought them and the fit was terrible. The drivers side hits the engine, the end of pass side was turned up and out from straight. I had a hell of a time getting them lined up to fit right. Double D was great about getting another pass side header but same thing maybe worst. I should have sent them back but thought I could make them fit, and I did, but I am not happy with them. After use there is o chance of sending them back. Dennis at Double was great about the whole thing but he no longer sells them because of this. I think I was the first one to get one of the bad sets. You could get lucky and get a good set manufactured before mine was, but I would not take the chance.
I remember a few years back when I cautioned everyone on OBX Headers and I was excoriated and bashed beyond belief. The country will soon learn that Chinese made anything is pretty much sub standard.
