I found a set online by accident looking for another part and was amazed at the price.

I searched OBX Racing Headers and found about 1-2 hours worth of reading, all leading to this site!

I'll sum it up, the people that tried them seemed to be happy, the people who had bought more expensive sets talked bad about them, and they are made in China.

One person brought up that you can buy some less expensive LG Headers, on that site it's a little unclear (to me anyways) what the price is the way they have it worded and with the choices.

If the LG headers are 1000.00, I would probably buy them over these.

I'm still now sure how much they are?

By the way, how much did you see them listed for?

The cheapest ones I see are 600.00

I bought the XS power headers here. Great fit, look nice, and don't sit that low. I think I paid right around $900 for headers, cats, x-pipe.

CAUTION! DON"T BUY OBX HEADERS I bought them and the fit was terrible. The drivers side hits the engine, the end of pass side was turned up and out from straight. I had a hell of a time getting them lined up to fit right. Double D was great about getting another pass side header but same thing maybe worst. I should have sent them back but thought I could make them fit, and I did, but I am not happy with them. After use there is o chance of sending them back. Dennis at Double was great about the whole thing but he no longer sells them because of this. I think I was the first one to get one of the bad sets. You could get lucky and get a good set manufactured before mine was, but I would not take the chance.

It is buyer beware....set purchased needed to be returned on delivery because of the fit... had the old pipes off the car and could see the OBX product immediately had a fit was way off.....check return policy before you buy and get it in writing prior to purchase.

I also have XS-Power headers and couldn't be happier with them for the price. There were a few add ons you need to make the set perfect, like gaskets and lock nuts for the collecter bolts. Hopefully they continued the quality control.

OBX here. Love them. As with all headers, a pain to install, but well worth it.

these guys nailed it

call me if you need quesitons answered

myself I have been sending everyone to XS Power

Its a roll of the dice with OBX and me as someone who was selling them would not stand for the issues for everyone and me to deal with.

I have the first run of the OBX headers still on my own car and love them. To bad they had to go and change things up

When I bought my 01Z..it had a set of obx headers on it. I hated them... the fit was terrible, couldn't get to the o2 sensors and the x pipe was junk. Yeah they may be cheap in price but they are also cheap in quality. I picked up a set of AR 1 7/8 headers and couldn't be happier with the fit and quality. Yes they cost a little more, but you pay for what you get and they are 100 percent quality!
