Check the connector on the fan motor itself and insure it's still plugged in. You are sure you check the correct fuse for it? The fan motor might have failed but it'll be the first time I've heard of that. Any Mice in the area where it's parked? We've heard many times of them critters getting in there and building a nest and for unknown reasons, they love the fan motor.
Without looking at it this second, I would imagine there are only two wires to the blower motor...plus and minus 12 volts. There has to be a resistor network which I don't know where it is, that the controller selects the right voltage to the motor. I would suggest you pull the motor's connector and check for 12vdc there when its supposed to be on. Then if you have it but the motor isn't running, ohm the motor itself. If no vdc there when it should be, back up the diagnosis. Bill Curlee might have the schematic or maybe Lucky if he see's this thread.
