At your favorite automotive supply store. The most commonly found are those offered by the same company that makes tire sealant...SLIME. They also make an inexpensive tire inflating compressor.
Or watch the classifieds and buy a more expensive Z06 compressor which includes a compressor and sealant.
Be aware that the sealant may damage tire pressure sensors. And the sealant usually has an expiration date.
I carry a Z06 compressor, tire plugs, miscellaneous tools, etc insuring that I'll never have to use them.
Got all my stuff at Wal-Mart. But any auto parts store would have what you need too.
Walmart sells the "Slime" brand flat repair kits, complete with a 12V compressor and carry case for approx. $75.00. It fits with room to spare in the center storage compartment.

Thats where I got mine, but substituted the Slime for a T-handle plug kit.
I bought a nice scissor jack (from a wrecked 08 Challenger) on that auction site. Your local autoparts stor can supply you with TPS friendly fix-a-flat, a 12v compressor and a plug kit. Don't forget to get a "jacking puck" from one of the forum vendors...and keep the cell phone charged!
