traction control system

recently when im hitting about 80mph i noticed i have been losing power. i saw a traction control system enabled or some similar message on the DIC. i turned the traction control off and i was able to go past 80. you guys have any idea what the fix would be with this problem. its a 2004 coupe bone stock.

Am with ya because I have experienced the same thing. The car pulls the traction control flashes on the DIC I turn it off then no prob.

If you have mag. ride control, your shocks are most likely dying-the AH system limits you to 80mph when the shock become sick.
