I've been having problems with the leds since I got the car and after 6 sets of them, resealing the drls, installing a hyper flash harness. I'm done the resistors inside them keep burning up why? one was so bad yesterday that it melted the led into the bulb harness and I only drove the car once on a sunny dry day whats wrong???

Why are you installing a resistor in the DRL circuit?
All the LED bulbs I've seen can handle full voltage of the car right out of the package.
The resistor, as I understand it, is for the turn signal bulb (placed in parallel) to add load to that circuit to prevent hyperflash.
The resistor isn't necessary if you use the hyperflash module under the dash.
The only way i can think of that the internal resistors would get damaged is if there was either a current/voltage overload or a short. The DRL can be easily damaged by the heat of OEM incandescent bulbs. This usually melts a small hole in the top of the housing that's susceptible to moisture penetration. If enough moisture did get on the bulb while it was in use, this could cause a failure of the resistors.
