Service Column Lock

Hey... have any of you experienced your "Service Column Lock" DIC coming on? I did the Pull Key-Wait 10 seconds but it didn't work. Do I need to get it towed in?

It's a 01 Z06. Thanks!

If you do a search you will find hundreds of threads on this most discussed topic.

I have posted this here many times:

Don't bring your car to a dealer, the dealer (GM) solution IS NOT reliable, or desirable.

Get the CLB kit and install it before your column locks up. Usually a weak battery will bring this on.
