how do you get bird boop off
it look it is blisted. how do i
get it out.

I use either Zaino Z8 Sealer or Z6 Gloss Enhancer, saturate it until it is liquid and wipe free.
Or use a finish detailer spray.
This assumes you were speaking about getting it off the finish.

I spray the area down with detailing spray (or just water if that's all you have) and then use a moist cloth to gently dab it up. Then I use some wax to go over the area. The key is getting the bird dropping off before it sits too long and etches into the clear coat.

I believe this is what the OP is talking about..
As Jack said, if it's been on there a while it will etch the surface, sometimes beyond simple repair.
