I have added cove lights (white for night running lights and amber for turn signals/DRLs. My question is this...how can I use the amber lights only for turn signaling? Right now the only way I could get it to work was to tap into the DRL wiring which double-duties as turn signals. The rear lights aren't really an option as they double up as well for T/S and stop lights. I saw a thread on this (RadioFlyer I think) when I got the idea, but the work-around was pretty involved and quite frankly, a little more than my little brain could fully understand. If that's the only way, then someone chime in that has done this too and help a brother out. Thank you all for reading. C.A.

I modified my lights to comply with Brit regulations
My DRLs are inhibited
I have T85 (UK spec) Euro headlights
My turn signals act only as turn signals
I have side repeaters for turn signals mounted in the cove
My parking lights fit in small housings in the T85 headlight and illuminate when park is selected on the stalk.
Unlike yours I dont have cove lights.
In short, you clip one of the hot feeds to the T/S bulb and tap into the parking light circuit and the T/S circuits for the relevant functions. Unless you inhibit the DRLs they will always override the other functions.
I could document how I did it if you wish but I think I already commented in Radioflyer's thread.
