Caravaggio has side skirts like that, they were the originators of them. I'm not familiar with the ACI's as far as fit but I have Caravaggio spoilers front and rear and they are made right. The front and rear spoilers and the side skirts were originally designed by John Cafaro, who designed the C5. He sold his original molds to John Caravaggio. They were supposed to GM parts when Cafaro was designing the Vette, but the plan got shelved.
They look the same as what JW has on his site and his price is a good price from what I have seen elsewhere, and that does look like manuf coating , I would still have them painted even if you are looking for flat black, a friend of mine did that with his front splitter.

Ahh NO. Many of Caravaggios parts are remakes of someone else parts.
side skirts are for high speed cornering to keep the air under the car.
they are a racing idea. ACP makes them and was on of the first for corvettes. They even made them for the C4s. Greenwood also made the skirts for the C4s.
Pratt & Miller made them for the C5R.
Caravaggios, ACI and others are johnnie come lately products
