Boost was the way I went. Stock LS1 through stock manifolds and all, 540 rwhp and 460 rwtq.

Boost is the only way to fly.
4 autos and all are boosted.
3 turbos and two Superchargers on 4 units. Figure that one out.
Need we say more..........

It'll cost you about the same, either way. FI will give you more initial HP than even the best NA system, and can still grow from there. Remember to plan on drivetrain upgrades in your budget. You'll need them sooner with FI, but you're gonna need them any way. I did the whole H/C FAST thing, and using the best stuff, and a mild cam did 483/432. I still ended up supercharging it, so a few of my bolt ons weren't needed anymore. I'd bought some of the parts used, and didn't lose too much money, but it was still a waste to some degree. The old, "if I had to do it over..." in my case would've been best to SC it first. Good luck with your decision.

I did a Cam first, then a A&A supercharger later. Here's a Dyno graph of both, you can see the difference. I'm hitting 571hp right now.

Do both......!! (kind of)
I went with an "old school" blower.
Nothing against centris, but I wanted one that looked like more like the blowers I saw as a kid. I went Kenne Bell, but the maggie looks even more old school.
Whatever your preference, boost is way cool......
