I am having an issue with the headlights, they will not lift I dont think it is an actuator because they both failed at the same time, possibly a fuse or a relay? Can anyone provide me with a fuse box diagram for a 1998? Preferably both passenger floor and under the hood.
Have someone actuate the lights while you standing in front of the car. Do you hear the motors trying to run/ If not it's likely an electrical issue, if they do sound like they're trying to run, it's a gear or motor.
no sound what so ever, which is why I think it is a relay or a fuse, I just dont know which ones... it is really cumbersome to pull the all and test them I was hoping someone would have a fuse box diagram.

If you have the owners manual, there is usually a fuse box diagram there if that is the one you are referring to. I have an 04 and if you need me to, I can look in mine if they are the same.
Usually, the fuse diagram is on the inside cover of the fuse box. Maybe not on a '98, don't know. But I have a '99, so they should be similiar.
Engine Compartment Fuse Block:
Right headlamp motor.....Fuse 3
Left " " " .....Fuse 4
Floor Fuse Box:
Maxi Circuit Breaker - Headlamps...... Fuse 54
Micro Relay - Automatic Lamp Control Headlamps.....Fuse 44
That may help, don't know for sure
